Ok, you should know me by now. So, when Jewel Hendrix from Columbia’s HSPCA contacted me about partnering for the Tails on the Trail Walk, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to help the animals. So, pho”dog”raphy lives on… This event should be a fun one!
Since I need to gather up a few last minute items for the walk, I will be out of the office for a good part of the day. The “Tails on the Trail” walk is going to begin at Saluda Shoals Park at 10am tomorrow (Saturday Dec 1). It looks like it is going to be a beautiful day so I am excited. Regular business will resume on Monday and I will have a certain wedding posted on Wednesday!
Tomorrow, I will taking pictures and the proceeds will go to the Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals [HSPCA] . The day will begin at 9am and activities are planned through 3:30pm. I will post a few pictures from the event next week.
The event came from a partnership from Laci Stapp, olympic hopeful. She approached the HSPCA and joined in their effort to help curb pet overpopulation in the Midlands area. As an avid animal activist, Laci is the spokesperson for the HSPCA and will be kicking off tomorrow’s events. I have heard she is an unbelievable figure skater.
